The ones on my SUV were still functioning, but because of the mileage they seemed a bit too hard! Then I made a mistake and bought very cheap ones on EBay (probably China import) - one of the two had the same defect, the other one had rattling noise after 500 km ... everything mounted and removed twice (€). So now I have these and they feel much more comfortable, and of course a very different quality or the product. .... and that for under one third of the original price. I can only recommend!!! also the Mercedes mechanic was at the opinion they are like the original ones.
