Dodge Ram 1500 Classic (2019-2023) Air Suspension Compressor

Aerosus offers brand new air suspension compressors for the Dodge Ram 1500 Classic (2019-2023) which replace the original compressor of your vehicle. The new, high-performance compressors have a compact, modular design while also providing you with maximum security and functionality. The compressor relay should be replaced after installation of the compressor unit, as failure to do so will void the product’s warranty. When the compressor is installed, Aerosus recommends you to check the complete air suspension system for any leakage. The most common cause of compressor failure is a leak in the air suspension system, most likely in one of the air springs. Leaky air springs should be replaced immediately to maintain optimum compressor performance. All our compressor units are covered by a 2-year warranty with 30-day money-back guarantee. This constitutes an air suspension compressor featuring an enclosed circulation configuration (closed system). Upon integrating this compressor, it is imperative to introduce nitrogen 5 or CO2 gas into the storage tank via the connector. The gas pressure in the system MUST only be rebuilt after replacing any spare parts (such as air compressor, valve block, air springs/ struts) according to the vehicle manufacturer's specifications. At this point, the compressor is NOT used to refill the system. Disregarding the vehicle manufacturer's installation directives could hasten the compressor's deterioration, leading to potential warranty forfeiture. The complete emptying of the system is the general specification of the car manufacturer for repairs to the spring system. Subsequent to substituting the relevant spare part, the system must undergo replenishment using CO2 or nitrogen 5, in strict accordance with the vehicle manufacturer's instructions. This undertaking necessitates specialized software and dedicated tools. Only upon completion of this procedure can you proceed with subsequent stages, including calibration or initiation of the level control mechanism.
