Deposit

You buy a product which requires an additional deposit fee, e.g. an Air Suspension Strut or a Shock absorber.

You pay the price of the product and the deposit fee.

We will include a return form in your delivery.

Send your old part back, fill in the return form and enclose it to the return shipment. More information about how to return your old part can be found on the return form.

As soon as we received your old part, we will refund the deposit fee to you. Note that refund payments will only be made using the same payment method you used to make the initial purchase. Please make sure to fill in your payment details on the return form.
